Adaptive Chair Yoga

Our chair yoga classes are completed virtually using Zoom. Our Adaptive Chair Yoga is on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time. This class is completed in a seated position and focuses on building neuroplasticity, increasing mobility and endurance, and introducing mind-body practices.

Individual Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching is available for stroke survivors, caregivers, and loved ones. Sessions include components of psychoeducation, mindfulness, therapeutic practices and techniques which have been shown to help individuals cope with anxiety, depressive symptoms, and stress.

Looking to provide additional supportive services for your clients or members? Want something that can be easily accessed by the individual? Our online chair yoga classes are available for hospitals, rehab centers, and other stroke and TBI facilities in a 6 or 8 week series.

This is a free group open only to individuals living part or full time in Los Cabos, Mexico. The group is a safe space for stroke survivors and caregivers to share resources, celebrate successes, and gain strength with community of members who understand what you’re dealing with.
