Chair Yoga for Stroke, TBI, & Limited Mobility 

Yoga is a great complementary practice alongside other rehabilitative therapies for stroke and traumatic brain injury and has a plethora of potential benefits (2021).

This is because much of the practice of yoga can be adapted to physical or mental limitations or challenges. This includes using a chair for additional support, using props like bolsters, bands, or blocks to help with postures, and incorporating various breathing or mental exercises to help with managing stress or negative emotions.
